Kabinet se ja vir aksieplan met landbou

Die Kabinet het die beleidsaksieplan vir die landbou (APAP) én die vyf jaar- strategiese raamwerk vir die landbou, bosbou en visserye goedgekeur. Hierdie goedkeuring kom te midde van ’n onthulling deur prof. Edith Vries, direkteur-generaal van die Departement van Landbou, Bosbou en Visserye, dat die volledige inwerkingstelling van die APAP nie verwesenlik kan word nie. Dit is omdat die Nasionale Tesourie die departement se begroting met R158 miljoen besnoei het.
