BY COMPETITION AUTHORITIES
11 April 2013 – AFGRI and Senwes are pleased to announce that the Competition Tribunal
has approved the merger of the two agricultural services companies’ agri-retail businesses
and Partrite, the AFGRI wholesale subsidiary, subject to certain conditions. These conditions
